Binjiang Property Conference on Gold•Steward Cultivation System Was Successfully Held

As an active response to the star service standard upgrading of the company and for the purpose of improving stewards’ service capability and level, giving them a deeper understanding of their duties and responsibilities, and making them more active in working, Binjiang Property held a conference on Gold•Steward cultivation system on January 11th.


To meet the company’s needs of rapid development and cultivate talents who satisfy high-quality service requirements, this meeting was designed to interpret company’s strategy, reexplain steward responsibilities, and improve the steward cultivation system and career development.


Considering the municipal government’s year-end epidemic control requirements and everyone’s health and safety, the conference content was recorded in advance and stewards were organized in service centers to watch the video online.


The conference was divided into five parts, including “Hi Stewards” documentary, “Gold•Steward” system analysis shared by HR director Ren Li, “Style of Outstanding Stewards” video, career development sharing by three cadre representatives promoted from stewards who are Xu Yaoping, the vice regional general manager of New City Area, Song Junmei, the vice regional general manager of Myriad Area, and Yu Jia, the vice project manager of Coast Area, as well as the conference summary by CEOs Yu Weiqi and Shen Guorong and vice president Cheng Yanfei, by which the conference ended.


After the video was uploaded and shared, service centers promptly responded to it and organized their internal steward teams to watch the video.

 

 

 

 

From this well-arranged conference video, we can see a grid of quality management scenes. These well-regulated routine work of stewards are all supported by standard working systems. Then keynote speech by HR director Ren Li about the Gold•Steward cultivation system gave a detailed and in-depth analysis of the company’s strategic orientation and elaboration of construction of the future talent cultivation system, and stressed certain necessary steward qualities such as positive spiritual outlook, the ability to communicate and listen, good learning attitude, and insight into customer demands, on which basis the talent reserve and cultivation will be carried out.


Accompanied by the impassioned music, faces of numerous energetic outstanding stewards were shown on the screen. Coming from different service centers, they are all pioneers who shine in their work places and set a model for their colleagues. “Keep going, Binjiang Property!” This slogan conveys their firm faith in the job and passion for their work.

 


Besides, three steward representatives were invited to share their experiences. Manager Xu, manager Song, and director Yu gave their speeches one by one to share their opinions about development direction of steward function and their experience and understanding. “I’ve learnt and grown a lot and will continue to learn and grow taking advantage of the platform offered by our company. It helped me surpass myself and gain honor and sense of achievement,” said manager Xu. Manager Song suggested that what should be done today should never be put off till tomorrow and that we can get a little bit closer to our goals if we do a little bit more. Xu also said that it’s a good habit to do everyday work summary and make a plan for tomorrow. Director Yu expressed gratitude to the company’s mature talent cultivation system which made her who she is now. Experience shared by these predecessors gave much confidence and impetus to stewards who just joined Binjiang Property.


At the end of the video, CEO Yu addressed, “Stewards should play an exemplary role to lead and demonstrate the quality service.” CEO Shen said, “Stewards are the first image of a company brand and are the regulators of quality service.” Vice President Cheng also said, “It is the daily work of stewards that lays the foundation of property management service and build a bridge of communication with proprietors.” Such inspiring words from three leaders conveyed the company’s deep expectations of all stewards and encouraged them to actively improve their professionalism and service level and become excellent stewards.


The Gold•Steward conference has come to a successful end. But the new journey of stewards has just begun. In the future, stewards will work hard to realize the bright blueprint offered by this conference with actual deeds!
