They are elderly proprietors who live on their own and who reach a ripe old age. To share the moonlight and enjoy a happy Mid-Autumn Festival together with these proprietors, the “Care for the Elderly” action was launched.
What kind of mooncake suits the taste of the elderly most? Mooncake stuffed with meat and pickled mustard, which is a traditional and special delicacy of Hangzhou, definitely counts the best choice as it is fresh and delicious and recalls the most memories of Hangzhou people. On the eve of this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, the service center of Hangzhou Sunshine Coast carefully selected and gave a set of eight hot-from-the-oven mooncakes stuffed with meat and pickled mustard to every elderly proprietor who live on his or her own and who is over seventy years old. The Mid-Autumn care for these elderly proprietors started from here. According to the service center, caring for elderly proprietors of the residential quarter is a tradition of the service center and has been passed on for a long time. Besides, front-line property management staff whose hard work was appreciated also received such traditional mooncake on the day of Mid-Autumn Festival.

It must be a joyful thing to admire the full moon and enjoy the mooncake made by property management staff beside Xianghu Lake on this year’s Mid-Autumn Day. On September 18th, property management staff tried to make mooncake stuffed with meat and pickled mustard and with meat and dried vegetable under the instruction of experts. This was a Mid-Autumn gift full of their best wishes to proprietors over sixty years old.

On the afternoon of September 15th, to spread the warmth of the big family, boxes of mooncake were distributed by stewards to proprietors aged over seventy and living on their own as a kind of Mid-Autumn blessing. Elderly proprietors who received this gift kept expressing their happiness and saying thank you to the property management staff.
Hangzhou Gingko Art Mansion
Binjiang Property took over property management of Hangzhou Gingko Art Mansion in June last year. On September 16th this year, with an elaborately packed box of mooncake, stewards visited elderly proprietors who are more than seventy years old and live on their own. This action surprised and also warmed the heart of these elderly proprietors.
Hangzhou Golden Dawn
On September 16th, property management staff of Hangzhou Golden Dawn visited elderly proprietors who are aged over seventy and live alone and also sent them the most popular mooncake stuffed with meat and pickled mustard. While visiting the elderly’s home, except for wishing them a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival in advance, property management staff also measured blood pressure for them and encouraged them to face all things in life with a positive and healthy attitude.
Hangzhou Myriad Star
The service center of Myriad Star Phase I has always been a good heir of the tradition of respecting and caring for the elderly. On the occasion of this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, the service center purchased and personally sent mooncake stuffed with meat and pickled mustard to proprietors aged over 65 who live on their own or are empty nesters as a way to deliver their Mid-Autumn wishes and their care to elderly proprietors.
Quzhou Chunjiangyue
On September 16th, stewards of the service center of Quzhou Chunjiangyue made snowy mooncake stuffed with pastes such as red bean paste, green bean paste, and egg yolk with their own hands. The snowy mooncake was full of best Mid-Autumn wishes and was specially made for empty nesters and aged proprietors. Grandma Yang also received the special mooncake. She was deeply touched by property management staff’s careful concern and gladly shared the “diamond wedding” photo of her and her husband with the steward.
# Happy Moment! Mooncake from Proprietors for Eight Consecutive Years#
This year in Hangzhou The City Star, the property management staff again received mooncake from proprietors. It is the eighth consecutive year that such happy thing happens in The City Star. On the afternoon of September 13th, several large boxes of mooncake were sent to the service center by proprietors. There are three flavors in each box, namely Jinhua ham, red bean paste, and meat and pickled mustard, among which the last one has always been the most favorable taste in Hangzhou. Proprietors receiving the mooncake surprisingly found that the mooncake was still warm and delicious.
The mooncake carries all Mid-Autumn wishes of proprietors to property management staff and also symbolizes proprietors’ recognition of Binjiang Property’s service. It is so fortunate to have such affectionate proprietors. Therefore, property management staff determine to work even harder and provide the sincerest services to repay the great kindness of proprietors.
