Lian Erhuan of Binjiang Property is Shortlisted for “Best Property Managers of China”
Guided by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Architecture Magazine launched the selection of 2021 “Best Property Managers of China”, aiming to select a group of advanced individuals and teams that demonstrate urban management and grassroot administration in the new era. Now the event is in the publicity stage, and 7 individuals and 3 teams in Hangzhou are shortlisted for this selection. Lian Erhuan from Binjiang Property is exactly one of those 7 individuals.
As for Lian Erhuan of Binjiang Property who always gallops at the lead, protecting people’s lives has become the instinct of him. On the evening of June 14th, 2018, Lian Erhuan was attending the shift meeting and suddenly saw thick smoke billowing at the gate of the hospital opposite the building. Without no delay, he rushed to the fire site with his team members. With the ladder carried over by his members, he crawled through the corridor on the second floor, cleaved the door with a fire axe, and finally put out the open fire with 30 minutes of efforts. When he climbed down, his face was totally blackened by smoke and hard to identify.
He showed his bravery again in another fire in 2019. After noticing the fire in a proprietor’s kitchen, he promptly organized a volunteer firefighting team and rushed to the site within 3 minutes. The fire was brought under control within 5 minutes, and the trapped proprietors were rescued and sent to the hospital timely.
