On the afternoon of January 7th, 2022, Yang Kun, the order team leader of the service center of Qiantang Chunxiao Building got in timely touch with Mr. Wang who was handling his business at Binjiang State Taxation Hall on the first floor of Qiantang Chunxiao Building and anxious because of the disappearance of his ID card.

Yang Kun found a black wallet with a lot of cash and relevant documents beside an SUV while patrolling and guiding vehicles with his team member Dai Jiazhi at the parking lot of Qiantang Chunxiao. Feeling the same anxiety as the owner may feel, he tried to find the owner with Dai Jiazhi immediately. By checking people coming in and out of the parking lot and the phone number on the vehicle, they got in touch with Mr. Wang and returned the wallet after identification checking.

Mr. Wang was touched by the noble deeds of the order team and sent a silk banner after the cash reward was politely declined by Yang Kun. For the order team, it is their responsibility as property management personnel to put clients first.
