“This morning, our patrolman Chen Mingkai saw a slow-moving old man fall in front of building 14 during his patrol and went to help at once. He also called the gate sentry Wang Songliang to check if the old man was hurt. Later, Chen Mingkai and Wang Songliang accompanied the old man home patiently and received thanks from the old man’s family.
