Back to August 7th, the order director Zhang Zhenya who was then patrolling the residential quarter received a message from the north gate sentry at 9:16AM that a 120 ambulance was about to arrive at Building 7. Without delay, he rushed to Building 7 with the foreman Hu Yunfeng. The foreman opened the unit door and waited downstairs for the 120 while the order director ran to the proprietor’s home and notified the steward of the building at the same time.

The order director kept knocking on the proprietor’s door, but there was no response. Soon, the 120 also arrived and knocked on the door with the order director. The emergency doctor also called the proprietor but was not answered.

The phone was finally connected on the third attempt. But the doctor found the proprietor was too weak to answer. At that time, the voice of steward Shou Mengyuan suddenly appeared on the phone, telling the location of the proprietor and explaining that rescue was urgent.

It turned out that the proprietors had a heart attack at home and laboriously called 120 by himself. To facilitate the rescue, the proprietor intended to go out and wait for the 120 at the south gate. But he had to stop and could hardly move any more when he got near Building 1. Fortunately, he was happened to be discovered by the steward who was on the way to his home. That’s why the steward’s voice appeared on the phone. Later, the steward supported Mr. Xu to the stone bench nearby, waiting for rescue.

On the other side, the order director led 120 staff to the location of the proprietor. To save time, the foreman Hu Yunfeng carried the proprietors on his back with the approval of the doctor and rushed to the ambulance nearby. The steward also asked if the proprietor wanted property management staff to come with him and was reassured to know that the proprietor’s family was already in the hospital.




When sending the silk bar to the service center, Mr. Xu told that an 80% blockage of the heart vessel was seen when he arrived at the hospital. Thanks to timely rescue that Mr. Xu has now recovered and been discharged from the hospital.
