The 11th “I’m a Swimmer” swimming contest in 2023 for Binjiang Property’s young proprietors was held as scheduled on the morning of July 8th.

Sponsored by Binjiang Group and Binjiang Property and co-organized by Transparent Media, this swimming contest is a large sports event for all Binjiang Property proprietors with the theme of “With Lively Binjiang, Embrace the Asian Games” in response to the Asian Games in Hangzhou this year.

In fact, Binjiang Group and Binjiang Property have been insisting on the swimming contest for young proprietors of Binjiang for 11 years. Although it was interrupted for three years because of the COVID-19 epidemic, this summer, the highly anticipated return of the swimming contest has attracted more participants, bringing more excitement to the contest.

The contest was divided into two age groups, namely the young group for girls and boys aged 8-11 and the adolescent group for girls and boys aged 12-15. Through the preliminary and final rounds, the top six female and male participants in the young group and the top three female and male participants in the adolescent group would win the award.

With the blast of a whistle, the game started. The young athletes, like tigers dashing down a mountain and dragons emerging from the sea, leapt high into the water, churning it into splashing waves and frothy sprays.

With each stroke and each kick, the young swimmers strived to push themselves to their limits and held on to the end even if they were exhausted.

Despite the young ages, the high-spirited little proprietors of Binjiang Property have fully demonstrated their fighting spirit and their level and style, leaving their own mark upon the sapphire swimming pool with their fearless strokes.

After the fierce competition, Fan Yanxi and other five female swimmers won the top six places in the young girl group, Lou Zongze and other five male swimmers won the top six places in the young boy group, Qianyu and other two swimmers won the top three places in the adolescent girl group, and Zhu Leyan and other two swimmers won the top three places in the adolescent boy group.

The participants of this swimming contest were very excited about this event. “I usually swim in the pool of our residential quarter. It was my first time participating in a competition, and I didn’t expect to win the award. I’m very happy and will try to swim better in the future!” said an award-winning young proprietor.

A parent who watched the game expressed his hope for more events like this for not only children but also adults.

In addition to the swimming contest, in Golden Dawn Phase II, the “Tiderip Carnival” was also in full swing on the same day. Except for fun sports such as three-legged race, the hurdles, ring toss, and rope skipping, a long blank scroll was prepared on the scene for children to draw the Asian Games in their hearts together. The free popcorn and ice cream prepared by Binjiang Property were also a great attraction to children.

This summer is said to be the hottest summer in a century, yet the happy young proprietors of Binjiang Property will remember this summer and recall the coolness and the fighting spirit brought by the blue swimming pool whether it be during competitions or in their daily lives.

It is believed that Binjiang Group and Binjiang Property will continue to bring about the “Table Tennis Love” table tennis contest, the “Colorful Life in Light and Shadow” photography contest for proprietors to meet their needs for colorful activities and enrich their sports life in the year of Asian Games.
