Publisher: Release time:2024-01-24
On the morning of January 22nd, 2024, snowflakes freely flew in the sky and gently laid down on the ground of Hangzhou. It was the first snow of the year in Hangzhou. Although it was short, it did bring much joy to everyone. We look forward to a dreamy word of pure white snow and, more significantly, a joyful herald of a year of bountiful harvests.

The frontline property management staff of Binjiang Property braving the wind and snow also rise before our eyes and add a warm touch to the picturesque snowscape. It is reported that on January 22nd, except for the fleeting snow in Hangzhou, other places in Zhejiang Province such as Yiwu, Jinhua, and Quzhou all had their first heavy snowfall in 2024.

At around 7:30 on January 22nd, the snow in Quzhou Chunjiangyue was getting heavier. The property service center sent an early notice in the proprietors WeChat group to remind proprietors to keep warm. The frontline property management staff was busy cleaning the snow on the roads and trees in the residential quarter, in addition to which they also placed snow guards for vehicles parked outdoors in the residential quarter. The canteen also prepared ginger tea in advance in the morning to help proprietors and property management staff keep warm.

In Jinhua, Vangu Mirable River Coast was covered with a thick layer of snow, causing certain inconvenience to proprietors. Fortunately, the service center of Jinhua Vangu Mirable River Coast had made an emergency plan in advance. Early in the morning, under the leadership of the property management director, property management staff cleaned the snow and put straw mats at the entrances of the residential quarter, garages, and units, and on the main roads in the residential quarter to provide protection to proprietors.

The snow is the order. Despite the snow and the cold, the property management staff of Yiwu Park One kept to their posts and, with the courage and determination to win, spared no effort to guarantee the snow and ice removal work for proprietors’ safe and smooth passage on the roads in the residential quarter. With their practical actions, they make the winter of proprietors less cold.

In Yongkang, the sudden snowfall and the piercing cold wind have covered the roads in Urban Bund with a thick layer of snow. The stewards helped close the indoor doors and windows for proprietors whose houses were vacant or empty, and the order team members and cleansing workers worked hard to clean the snow on the roads to ensure the safety of proprietors.

Snowscape

Nothing compares to the happiness of making snowmen and recording snowscapes in winter. Many frontline Binjiang Property staff and proprietors have shared their landscape photos, such as red plum blossoms in the snow, and the city covered with snow. There is also a proprietor who took pictures of ice leaves taken from real leaves at Arcadia over the Cloud, which is over 800m above sea level in Qiandao Lake. From various perspectives, they presented the elegance, the fun, and the grandeur of snow.
