On January 27th, 2024, the Binjiang Property 2023 Annual Work Summary and Award Ceremony (hereinafter referred to as “Ceremony”) was held in the form of a video conference with 1 main venue in Hangzhou and 21 sub-venues.
Looking back on 2023, Binjiang Property staff have been forging ahead braving wind and rain to safeguard all proprietors, and have performed extraordinary deeds in their ordinary work. Among them are those who helped the police intercept fugitives and bravely fought fires, gallantly rising to the occasion, those who provided unreserved assistance and support to proprietors, getting closer to and working together with proprietors towards a shared goal, and those who provided warmth to proprietors, gathering glimmers into a bright and warm torch.
Never shying away from good deeds no matter how small they are, Binjiang Property staff have left countless stories filled with warmth and goodwill, making property services tangible and accessible. Property services have long occupied the daily lives of property management staff 365 days a year, and it is the property management staff’s steadfast commitment and dedication that make the services detailed and refined. What’s more, at crucial moments, the property management staff will fearlessly soldier on to dispel the darkness in the city.
In 2023, it was these enterprising, responsible, and loving employees who inspired Binjiang Property staff to move forward toward the goal of high-quality development. To commend the advanced and set examples, the Ceremony announced the “Five-Year Senior Employee”, “Excellent Binjiang Employee”, and “Outstanding Project Director” awards for the year 2023.

Chao Licheng, the project director of Shanghai Wisdom Park gave a speech and said, “It is with the enterprise culture, the platform support, and the quality inspections and unannounced inspections that we could accomplish such achievements. This honor belongs to the whole project team. And our team will continue to work down to earth for a better future for proprietors.”

He stated that under the guidance of Chairman Qi and the leadership of CEO Yu, the whole Binjiang Property staff would make joint efforts to seek benefits from management and development from the market and further improve the quality of service to guarantee the triple harvest in terms of quality, brand, and benefit.
Summary and instructions by Chairman Yu Zhongxiang
Yu Zhongxiang, the Chairman and CEO of Binjiang Property, first pointed out in his year-end summary that we should review the performance and summarize the achievements and shortcomings in the past year, and should practically implement the plan for the new year and better play the role of a fortress in the battle.
He emphasized that teaching and instructing by precept and by example must penetrate every area of daily work and that the management work should be lean and productive with costs reduced and efficiency increased.
He stated that in the face of increasingly fierce market competition, the company should give full play to its core competence, strengthen refined management, improve service quality and standardization level, and enhance the brand image. He also required strict implementation of the standardized system and focused analysis of the areas of dissatisfaction.
CEO Yu explained the significance of employee care and particularly required the management to understand the thoughts and difficulties of employees and enhance their sense of belonging and cohesion. He also further stressed the necessity of improving the employees’ satisfaction with the company.
At last, CEO Yu said with hope, “According to the Catalogue for Guiding Industrial Restructuring (2024 version) issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, property service falls within the “Encouraged Category – Business Service Industry”. It is an emerging industry with sufficient market capacity. Before us now is a vast blue ocean. Taking 2024 as a new starting point, we must seize the opportunity with a sense of urgency, overcome difficulties with resilience, and plan for development, take advantage of opportunities, and make sure implementation ahead of others. We must fully leverage various advantages, abilities, and capacities of the team, adhere to our original intentions, and move forward with determination to create a new chapter of brilliance.”
The horn for departure in 2024 has already sounded. Regardless of changes in the market and climate, our determination and confidence remain unchanged. “Should we fight? We will fight! Who said heroes must be bathed in the light?” Every Binjiang Property staff member will become their own hero and make consistent efforts to fight for new achievements.
