Trade Union Leaders of Shangcheng District Visited Frontline Binjiang Property Staff on the Eve of the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake

As the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake approaches in the cold of winter, a dose of warmth was softly conveyed. On January 15th, 2025, Xu Wenming, the Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress and Chairman of the General Trade Union of Hangzhou Shangcheng District, along with Lyu Zhaoyang, the Leading Party Members Group Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the General Trade Union, visited the Kaixuan Subdistrict and, accompanied by Chen Tianwu and Hu Jiexian, the Party Working Committee Secretary and the Chairman of the Trade Union of Kaixuan Subdistrict, extended their warm greetings to the frontline Binjiang Property staff sticking to their positions.
During their visit, leaders had cordial conversations with frontline property management staff, inquiring in detail about their work and life and fully recognizing their diligent efforts in maintaining community order and guaranteeing residents’ well-being.
On behalf of all employees, Yu Zhongxiang, the Chairman of Binjiang Property, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the leaders from the General Trade Union and stated that the whole Binjiang Property team would always bear the original aspiration in mind and earnestly fulfill their duties, continuously enhance their social responsibility, and strive to provide high-quality property services for all proprietors and clients.
