On January 18th, 2025, the Binjiang Property 2024 Annual Work Summary and Award Ceremony was successfully held in Hangzhou in the form of a video conference with one main venue and 24 sub-venues. Yu Zhongxiang, the Chairman and General Manager of Binjiang Property, delivered a general review of the performance in 2024 and gave directives for 2025.
The past year was an extraordinary period characterized by significant challenges in economic development and real estate markets and increasingly severe industry competition. Against such a backdrop, Binjiang Property consolidated its efforts and overcame numerous challenges to promote market demands, enhance management efficiency, nurture talents, ensure financial compliance, and improve informatization, successfully securing the steady progression of various business operations and a moderate expansion of the company scale. In the past year, Binjiang Property propelled forward and expanded its service spectrum to provide engineering services for Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. Services for such a high-end airport are a significant flag of the enterprise’s commitment to urban service and social responsibility. Besides, Binjiang Property also extended its urban service scope to the Hangzhou Xiaoshan Red Bicycle project and the Urban Park project, aiming to leave a profound and lasting impact on urban public service.
In the past year, Binjiang Property relentlessly pursued excellence and struck vibrant notes in the symphony of our times. From the practice of the spirit of Lei Feng to the provision of Ginkgo service company and free clinic service and the adherence to the Double Ninth traditions including preparing longevity noodles for the elderly, Binjiang Property took diverse initiatives to offer inclusive public services for middle-aged and senior residents and actively tackle the challenges posed by the increasingly aging society.
In the past year, Binjiang Property introduced various community cultural events to unleash the potential and vitality of residential quarters despite challenges in daily life. The flea market offered kids a chance to earn their pocket money, the open-air film festival brought a wave of nostalgia, and the “I’m a Swimmer” provided the young proprietors a stage to showcase their indomitable spirit.
In the past year, Binjiang Service Group was honored as the “2023 Zhejiang Provincial Model Enterprise of Corporate Social Responsibility”, Binjiang Property was honored as the “2024 Zhejiang Provincial Leading Enterprise in Service Industry”, and Binjiang Xixi Star project was honored as the Provincial “Beautiful Home” Demonstration Residential Quarter. Carrying all the honors and driven by its mission, Binjiang Property will continue its journey unwaveringly.

Li Xiaodan, the project leader of Xixi Star, delivered a speech on behalf of all “Excellent Project Leaders”. Li Xiaodan joined the company as a management trainee five years ago and has kept in mind and benefited from the piece of advice from her mentor – be sincere with people and be respectful of everything – ever since. Being grateful for everything she has encountered during the journey, Li Xiaodan becomes the two-time winner of the honor of “Excellent Project Leader”. Last but not least, the enterprise culture construction must go deeper to offer comprehensive care for employees and enhance their satisfaction. It’s important to make employees feel the warmth of a family environment and fully mobilize their subjective initiative and sense of ownership, allowing them to grow and make progress together with the enterprise.
