“Take Me to Hospital…” A Distress Message in the WeChat Group Instantly Set Off a Life-Saving Relay Among the Property Management Staff

At 19:58 on June 10th in Hangzhou Wonder City, a resident suffered a sudden severe allergic reaction after taking medication, quickly losing consciousness. In such a critical condition, he barely managed to send out a distress message in the WeChat group.
“Please come and take me to the hospital.” The message was noticed by the on-duty order foreman Li Jinyu, who immediately rushed to the resident’s home, followed shortly by other property management staff. They comforted the panicked resident and called 120 for emergency assistance. Before the ambulance arrived, they closely monitored the condition of the resident and repeatedly called his name to keep him conscious. These moments of life-saving teamwork left a deep impression on the resident.
The whole property management team sprang into action. The patrol team of the order section guided the ambulance to the building entrance at the fastest speed, while the elevator attendant had already positioned the elevator on the ground floor in readiness. Meanwhile, the front desk of the customer service section contacted the resident’s family, informing them to head to the hospital directly.
As the resident was alone at home, when the ambulance arrived, the order foreman Li Jinyu didn’t hesitate to accompany the resident to the hospital as a temporary family member. At the hospital, he carefully explained the situation to the doctor in detail and kept the resident company until his family arrived. It wasn't until the resident was out of danger that he left quietly.
