With the outbreak of SARS-Cov-2 infected pneumonia, the whole country has entered the state of strict prevention and control. Where there is an epidemic, there is an order, and to prevent and control it is to take responsibility. Staff members of service centers of Binjiang Property have been in action since January 20th. To fight against the epidemic, they give up their vocation and continue to work on the front line of outbreak prevention of the community. All property management staff wear masks and inform proprietors of current epidemic situation and notify them of knowledge of prevention and control by posting notifications conspicuously at community bulletin boards and elevators and pushing and through WeChat proprietor groups and WeChat moments.

 

 

Life is of paramount importance. Service centers of Binjiang Property thoroughly disinfect the community entries, elevator halls, elevator cages, lobbies, apartment corridors, underground garages, garbage bins, waste collection sites, drains, property management service centers, public toilets, and sports facilities, and perform a serious registration system every day.

 

 

 

 

On January, 22nd, property management staff of Myriad Flower Phase I searched around several streets and purchased 500 surgical masks for proprietors. 250 proprietors received articles in short supply quickly and praised the property management staff for their care for proprietors.


We are now in the critical period of epidemic prevention and control. Therefore Binjiang Property has improved and upgraded management to comprehensively ensure the life security and health of proprietors.


Property management service centers also continue to strengthen staff training about self-protection to guide the correct way to wear masks and wash hands, stress the importance of frequent hand washing, and teach the procedure, method and frequency of community disinfection.


The body temperature of property management staff and proprietors entering the park will be detected by an infrared thermometer. In the case of high body temperature, the situation will be reported to the higher body promptly. Particularly, the troubleshooting of incomers from regions of a severe outbreak such as Hubei Province and Wuhan City is carried out carefully and any situation will be reported to the community board immediately.
 

It is about on January 25th that Binjiang Property service centers of various communities initiated closed-off management which does not allow entry of takeout deliverymen, couriers and agency workers and requires proprietors to pick up things at the gate in person. Besides, the sentries will also detect the body temperature of takeout deliverymen and couriers at the gate and report abnormal body temperature immediately if any.

 

 
Property management staff of Myriad Star actively cooperate with the subdistrict in the implementation of community prevention and control work. Every day they will remind proprietors in WeChat proprietor groups to wear masks, reduce the frequency of going out and pay more attention to self-security. For the purpose of better closed-off management, Myriad Star Phase III has closed the pedestrian exits at South Gate and North Gate since January 25th and only allows pass in and out through the entrance; dynamic body temperature detection is performed among community workers and those having a fever will be isolated for treatment immediately; property management staff will call proprietors one by one to check if they are in healthy conditions. Safety is the wish of all.


Under the arrangement of the proprietor committee, Hangzhou The City Star purchased 1000 masks urgently. As a result of the shortage of masks in the market, there’s a difficult in purchase and the stock can only meet and is only for small-quantity requisition of proprietors who are in urgent demand and have contacted and registered with the steward.


The service center of Shanghai Park One went out of their way to purchase the most needed masks for proprietors and distributed 1000 surgical masks to about 200 proprietors on the Chinese New Year’s Eve. These masks became the best New Year gifts for proprietors and could satisfy their temporary needs. Many proprietors posted and liked pictures on WeChat moments to commend Binjiang Property for its comprehensive prevention and control work. Binjiang Property will continue its work dedicatedly. Director Zhang tells that he is still trying to purchase a new batch of masks to satisfy the most urgent daily need of proprietors.


The property management service center of Yupinwan also proactively purchased a batch of medical masks for proprietors for prevention purposes and prepared the mask recovery bin in the park to avoid secondary pollution.


On January 25th, the service center of The One set up the mask recovery bin in the rear of the gate sentry for centralized disposal. And on January 27th, it upgraded the epidemic prevention and control and prohibited couriers and takeout deliverymen from entering. Instead, a temporary deposit site for takeout and express parcels is established at the community security booth where proprietors can pick up their things in person.


At the same time at Noble Lake, after the property management staff disinfect elevator buttons, side gate accesses and other public parts touched by proprietors frequently, a “Disinfected” sign is posted by specially-assigned personnel at these places to reassure proprietors and eliminate their concerns.


At Quzhou Chunjiangyue, in order to effectively cut the transmission routes of virus, prevent outbreak of the epidemic in the community and ensure life security of proprietors, the property management service center takes active actions of publicity and broadcasts through loudspeakers to call upon proprietors to reduce visits of relatives and friends as much as possible; wear masks when going out and wash hands frequently; avoid contact with respiratory patients; keep good personal hygiene.


The epidemic is ruthless, but there’s love between neighbors. Despite the rapid breakout of COVID-2019, it is of greater significance for us to unite our will to resist it. On January 26th, the proprietor committee of Myriad Star Phase I proposed a donation initiative and suggested proprietors contributing as much as they can to preparing preventive products such as masks, disinfectant and hand sanitizer for property management staff fighting at the front line.
