Binjiang Property Proprietors and Frontline Property Management Personnel – Warriors Fighting Epidemic

Determined to win the battle against the SARS-Cov-2 infected pneumonia, property management directors in the front line of epidemic control often have to work late and leave at midnight. We are now staying at home and can do nothing for you but ordering some KFC for you to show our family’s thanks to you!” There’re many other similar warm messages in WeChat proprietor groups. These words shine like light sources of love that lighten the heart of property management personnel and will surely illuminate our way toward common victory over the epidemic.

Epidemic prevention and control require the participation of the whole nation. As many of the frontline property management staff were unable to return to work due to the epidemic, Myriad Star Phase II has been understaffed since January 28th. To relieve both physical and mental stress of the in-service frontline staff who had been on duty for consecutively several days, Director Yu thought of proprietors for help the first time. Warm-hearted proprietors voluntarily formed a volunteer service team which has grown from 6 proprietors at first to 36 proprietors. Under the arrangement of Teacher Chen who’s the team leader, it is the everyday work of team members to assist sentries to take the body temperature of people coming in and out, do personnel registration, manage express parcels, purchase materials for prevention and control, organize daily necessities, persuade other proprietors to wear masks when going out and so on.

 

 

During the prevention and control of the epidemic, as many property management staff couldn’t return to work, the proprietor committee director of Splendid City personally organized a number of proprietor volunteers to join the epidemic prevention and control of the community together with property management staff. Wearing masks and gloves for personal protection, every day proprietor volunteers are busy in disinfecting elevator cage, picking up garbage in the community, and some other services. Proprietors respect the frontline property management staff for their dedication and hard work, and one of them thoughtfully offered as many as ten boxes of oranges to property management staff.

 

 

At present, Myriad City Phase I and Phase II have respective 13 and 21 volunteers taking a part in the property management service. Working in shifts, these volunteers assist in explaining to and communicating with other proprietors, especially in persuading proprietors from hard-hit regions.

 

Secretary Ma of The One Party Branch mobilizes proprietors to participate in community volunteer work to assist property management staff in controlling gates, actively publicizing to proprietors the progress of property management staff’s epidemic prevention and control work and the subdistrict and community requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and so on.

 

With the same goal of guarding our home together and alleviating the burden caused by shortage of personnel during the current epidemic prevention and control, the proprietor volunteers gather their efforts, which reflects their determination and confidence to fight the epidemic with the property management staff and is the guarantee for us to win the battle against the epidemic. Respect for them!

 

Donations from Proprietors Warm the Front Line of Epidemic Prevention and Control

 

 


On February 5th, proprietors of Myriad Star Phase III initiated a donation for property management, which collected over 50 thousand yuan within a day; on February 7th, proprietors of Myriad Star Phase II also proposed an initiative in the WeChat proprietor group, which reads “With the epidemic before us, the frontline property management staff never let up for a minute. To express our thanks, we hereby call on proprietors to donate to property management staff. Each of our contributions will be the greatest support and acknowledgment for property management personnel.” By 21:00 pm on that day, the accumulated donations from 171 proprietors have reached 41,266 yuan. What is worth mentioning is that 71 proprietors of Myriad Star Phase II had already donated over 23,000 yuan to property management personnel on January 18th in the form of Spring Festival red envelopes to send their respects to property management staff standing fast to their positions on the front line.


At Myriad Star Phase I, as of February 1st, more than 12,000 yuan of donations raised by over one hundred proprietors have been collected since the proprietor committee launched the initiative of donating to support property management staff’s fight against the epidemic on January 26th. Again,  on February 26th at Myriad Star Phase I, several kind proprietors voluntarily handed out red envelopes to property management personnel on the front line.


As the epidemic is still raging, our bold property management staff are facing up to it on the front line. Qianjiang Evening News is also concerned about the situation of the property management staff and has offered service centers of Noble Lake and Inmost Palace total 200 boxfuls of Ambrosial yogurt worth over 16,000 yuan.

 

The One has received accumulative 1065 masks, 6 bottles of 84 disinfectant, 5 bottles of medical rubbing alcohol, more than 300 pairs of goggles as well as hand sanitizer from many proprietors. In recent days, Myriad Star Phase II has received 500 masks from the proprietor Ms. Hu, 600 pairs gloves and 100 masks from Ms. Chen, as well as 20L badly needed alcohol from Mr. Wu, which helps meet the pressing need of the property management staff. The proprietors of Noble Lake also showed their love and care by providing various materials for epidemic prevention and control.

 

At Oriental City of Star, proprietors prepared warm ginger tea for the frontline property management staff, in which there are full of their care and concern for property management staff. And as for at Golden Dawn Phase III, a proprietor left the following message to the property management staff on WeChat, “Order team members guard the community during the day and deliver water for proprietors at night. There are two boxes of eight-treasure porridge for security personnel and I’ve put them at the security booth.”


For consecutively several days, the proprietor committee and proprietor representatives of Golden Dawn Phase I have sent instant noodles, milk, snacks, and other items to the frontline property management staff to express their greetings. On February 2nd, an aunt who finally refused to give her name personally donated 3000 yuan in cash to the property management staff of Golden Dawn Phase I for the purchase of masks and other materials for epidemic prevention.

 

Community Implements Closed-off Management and Understanding Proprietors Consciously Take the Body Temperature

 

 

Communities under Binjiang Property implement closed-off management, according to which gate entrances are under strict control; the whole community is thoroughly disinfected every day; mask recovery bins are set up for centralized disinfection and disposal. At Sunshine Coast, express parcels, takeout, and other items are collected and delivered by sentries to proprietors, and stewards voluntarily provide material purchase service for proprietors in need…The property management staff of Sunshine Coast truly hear proprietors’ inner voice saying “Thank you for your hard work and please take care of yourselves.” Proprietors will consciously stop for registration and take the body temperature at the gate, and, concerning about others’ safety, will save some masks and rubbing alcohol for the frontline property management staff even when the materials for epidemic prevention are in very short supply.

 

 

A family may be deemed the smallest country while a country is an aggregation of millions of families. There is country-family love in Binjiang Property’s proprietors and frontline property management staff’s joint efforts against the epidemic, and both of them are warriors fighting the epidemic bravely.
