On December 12th, 2020, the “From Poverty Alleviation to Rural Vitalization & The Third Board Meeting of China Poverty Alleviation Community Association“ guided by China Poverty-Alleviation Promotion of Volunteer Service, China Property Management Institute, organized by China Poverty Alleviation Community Association, and undertaken by E-House LENONG was successfully held in Shanghai.

Shen Jianzhong, the President of China Property Management Institute and Co-chair of China Poverty Alleviation Community Association addressed the meeting and, on behalf of the meeting, expressed gratitude to property management service enterprises, board member units, and staff members of poverty alleviation community for all their contributions to poverty alleviation. He addressed that we should take the strength of the whole industry and further mobilize the power of community to continue to develop the poverty alleviation career and make new contributions to poverty alleviation as well as rural vitalization.

Zhu Xudong, the Co-chair of China Poverty Alleviation Community Association, Co-founder of E-House CHINA, and the Board Chairman of E-House LENONG, taking “Ant Heroes in Poverty Alleviation” as the theme, reviewed the development and progress of China Poverty Alleviation Community Association in 2020 and gave an annual report on the key work of the Association, that is, “The Power of Community” Consumption for Poverty Alleviation Special Action.

In this year, with the strong support of all property management enterprises, “The Power of Community” Consumption for Poverty Alleviation has yielded fruitful results. In order to commend units full of love and set up industrial models, the meeting gave several awards to member units and individuals for their outstanding performance in 2020.

At the meeting, Binjiang Property was honored with the title of “The Power of Community” Spearhead Force of Consumption for Poverty Alleviation, and its deputy manager of brand operation department Lin Yu was rated the Most Beautiful Ambassador of Poverty Alleviation of “The Power of Community”.

Binjiang Property’s Tracks of Poverty Alleviation

On the path of poverty alleviation Binjiang Property has left its own tracks by consumption, support relay during the pandemic, claiming highland barley, and donating books.

In the past year, agricultural products of Enshi, Hubei Province that had offline contact with Binjiang Property entered the Community and several offline activities of consumption for poverty alleviation was organized. By both online and offline channels, such products featured with pristine ecology were introduced into and got popular in many residential quarters of Binjiang Property. With the deepening of the poverty alleviation idea and increasing diversity and quality of agricultural products, the participation of both property management personnel and proprietors in poverty alleviation is gradually increasing.

In March 2020, Binjiang Property heard from Le Nong She that in February, 800 million catties of quality pears of Dangshan County, Anhui Province were unmarketable due to the pandemic.

On March 25th after hearing such bad news, all service centers of Binjiang Property mobilized colleagues and proprietors through WeChat Moments and chatting groups to show their love and purchase Dangshan pears and other agricultural products at Le Nong She. Such orders finally gave fruits of farmers a satisfactory place to go.

The six-day activity finally realized the sales of over four thousand catties and more than 20 thousand yuan. Binjiang Property set sail for consumption for poverty alleviation and received gratitude from fruit growers of Anhui Province.

During the pandemic, Zhu Lidong, the Board Chairman and President of Binjiang Property, always believed that it was of the same significance to win the fight against poverty as winning the battle against the COVID-19. Binjiang Property were fighting tooth and nail and also going all out to help, attempting to be a watchman as well as a pioneer.

In 2020, Binjiang Property also actively participated in the “Tibetan Young Crop Support Plan” initiated by China Property Management Institute and China Poverty Alleviation Community Association and claimed three mu of highland barley, each of which was respectively claimed in name of Binjiang Property, the Board Chairman and President Zhu Lidong, and the love team composed of 20 employees. Small as the three mu of highland barley is, it carries infinite love of Binjiang Property staff.

In June 2020, the love team members of Binjiang Property voluntarily made a heart sign and transmit their love and best wishes to children in Tibet from various landmarks of their cities. As the saying goes, to teach a person to fish rather than giving a person fish. The love team also sent twice books that carry best wishes of proprietors, property management staff, and caring people from society to Tibetan children at an altitude of over 4000 meters.

Continue to Forge Ahead toward Rural Vitalization

“All achievements are past and we will continue to make persistent effort to fulfill the new requirements of “The Power of Community” set by the Board Chairman and President Zhu Lidong and contribute to and facilitate rural vitalization,” said Lin Yu of Binjiang Property.

Instead of poverty alleviation, the construction of a moderately prosperous society is our goal indeed. Binjiang Property was promoted as a board member unit of China Poverty Alleviation Community Association at this meeting. Binjiang Property as an enterprise with strong sense of social responsibility and mission will continue to forge ahead toward rural vitalization and try best to do practical work and good deeds and fulfill responsibilities that an enterprise is supposed to undertake.
