On the evening of December 8th, a special evening, that is, “My Residential Quarter, My Home” - 2020 Hangzhou “Best Property Manager”, “Best Proprietor Committee”, and “Wonderful Home” Residential Quarter Release organized by Hangzhou Housing Security and Management Bureau and Hangzhou Spiritual Civilization Construction Committee Office was held at No.1 Studio of Hangzhou TV.

Four residential quarters of Binjiang Property, namely, Golden Coast, Golden Dawn Phase I, College View Garden of Nanxiaobu, and East Coast, were awarded the title of “Wonderful Home” Residential Quarter on this release. A total of 120 residential quarters awarded such title this time are outstanding representatives of the city and the demonstration model of Hangzhou residential quarter management service and basic community administration. Binjiang Property will lead the professional, normalized, and standardized service of the industry and continue to improve the life quality of proprietors, trying best to create a more beautiful and more harmonious home for proprietors.

Deputy director Zhang Xiuying of the service center of Binjiang Property Noble Lake was awarded the title of 2020 “Best Property Manager” of Hangzhou. “This honor belongs to every member of Binjiang Property who has been continuously paying efforts in their positions on the front line, and is also a kind of incentive for us. I’m so grateful for it and will take it as a beginning of further progress and work even harder,” said Zhang Xiuying.
