At 19:01 on May 13th, the monitoring room of Xinglan Building in Binjiang District, Hangzhou received a water alarm and instantly informed property management personnel who then rushed to the site on the basement level immediately. It turned out that a visiting car hit the garage sprinkler above a mechanical parking space and caused great spurts coming out of broken sprinkler.

Under the on-the-spot instruction of project director Zhou, the order team members and the engineering section staff took quick actions and cooperated very well. Meanwhile, the engineering foreman Luo Yuqiang found and turned off the valve promptly. Through the joint efforts, the accident was properly resolved.

It took the property management personnel only 4 minutes to bring the accident under control after the discovery, and fortunately no influence was caused on normal entry and exit of proprietors and visitors. Later, the order team took on the duty of cleaning the wet ground.

That night, the owner of Xinglan Building extended thanks to Binjiang Property for promptly and properly handling the sprinkler accident and minimizing the loss. Binjiang Property will continue to try best to protect proprietors and become a reliable partner of customers.
