On the day, Hangzhou Youth & Children’s Center was holding the “Celebrate the Centennial of the Founding of the CPC and Welcome Hangzhou Asian Games” – “Little Asian Games Hosts” 2021 Children’s Day Theme Fair jointly organized by the Organizing Committee of Hangzhou Asian Games, the Office of Zhejiang Provincial Commission for Guiding Cultural and Ethical Progress, Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, Zhejiang Provincial Women’s Federation, and Zhejiang Provincial Chinese Young Pioneers Working Committee. Over 1300 lively children participated in 38 fair events in high spirits.
Binjiang Property, as the property management service provider of Hangzhou Youth & Children’s Center, attached great importance to the event and made every endeavor to guarantee the security and logistics work of the event.
On the day before the event, Binjiang Property’s Hangzhou Youth & Children’s Center project team held a special meeting to make sure that the task division was clear-cut, all details were considered, and services would be comforting. While ensuring the satisfactory completion of the daily service of the center, all the property management staff worked overtime to arrange the event site. They carried over 400 tables and chairs and set up more than 50 tents. And the engineering section wired the electrical facilities and equipment and also did the rain protection work.
On the event day, all the property management staff gathered at 6:30 concentrated and in fine fettle, showing the good image of Binjiang Property workers. When the leader from the Provincial Party Committee arrived, the order team member escorted the whole visit, tightening the security and strengthening epidemic prevention around the Center.
After the event, the property management staff of the service center removed tables and chairs and tents and restored the Center quickly in spite of the rain to ensure normal teaching activities and protect the safety of visitors. Leaders of Hangzhou Youth & Children Center were satisfied with the performance of Binjiang Property this time and commended for the adequate security provided by Binjiang Property.
This security task is a test of the professionalism, normalization, and standardization of Binjiang Property. It enhanced the on-site management and control ability of front-line property management staff and also broadened the service vision of them. With stronger sense of social responsibility and the sense of mission, Binjiang Property will continue to provide high-quality and warm city services for the public.
