The service center of The One immediately launched the registration, temperature measuring, and health code checking measures against outsiders after receiving the epidemic control order. Proprietors entering the club are also required to wear a mask, take body temperature, and show the health code. The service center also urged all of its staff members to complete vaccination as early as possible. Actually, the frontline workers of The One are always required to wear a mask while serving proprietors since the initial outbreak of the epidemic.
In The City Star, it is a normal epidemic control measure to regularly disinfect elevators, unit building accesses, children playgrounds and other public spaces every day. Meanwhile, the service center of The City Star also strictly requires its frontline workers to be careful about hand hygiene, to follow epidemic control operation standards, and to enhance personal protection awareness.
Both in Myriad Star Phase I and II, one of the two entrances has been closed since August to facilitate gate sentries’ management upgrading of epidemic control. All elevator buttons are covered with protective film and are disinfected once or twice every day. Public areas such as unit building halls and underground garages are also disinfected regularly.
Hangzhou Grand Palace also upgraded epidemic control management instantly. Outsiders are required to show their health codes and take body temperature when entering the residential quarter, and frontline property management staff members are given epidemic prevention materials such as masks and disinfectants and are required to improve self-protection awareness.
Pinghu Myriad Flower received the epidemic control notice from the community on July 31st. After that, the service center took immediate epidemic prevention actions and organized gate sentries to check health code and take body temperature of people coming in and out of the residential quarter and asked cleaning workers to regularly disinfect public spaces such as unit building halls, floor corridors, underground garages, and waste classification sites.
At the same time in Jinhua Golden Landing, active and practical measures were taken, and epidemic prevention and disinfection materials were also prepared. Gate sentries record the basic information, check the health code, and take the body temperature of every outsider as well as proprietor coming in and out of the residential quarter. As to the customer service section, except for publicizing epidemic control measures through the proprietor WeChat group, they also make a thorough record of vaccination completion situation of all proprietors and persuade those who haven’t been vaccinated to get vaccinated as soon as possible. On the other hand, they are also responsible to record the body temperature of every staff member twice a day.
