On July 27th, a commentary letter was sent to the service center of Binjiang Noble Lake from the first proprietors’ committee of Noble Lake Apartment to specially commend property management director Zhang Xiuying and her service team.

Before In-fa came, the property management team has practically done necessary flood control and typhoon resistance to ensure the safety of the residential quarter and underground garages and guarantee the normal life of proprietors.

To protect all proprietors, the property management team had been sticking to the front line of typhoon resistance. On July 24th, the 24-hour stand-by system was initiated. In the following 72 hours, under the leadership of director Zhang, the property management team braved the elements and patrolled the whole residential quarter in groups every two hours to inspect equipment, clean ditches, and lift up fallen trees.

In the letter, the proprietors’ committee expressed their true appreciation for property management team’s hard work. To repay proprietors for the trust, staff members of Noble Lake will redouble their effort and provide better services for proprietors.
