Myriad Star Proprietors’ Seven Years of Tradition to Cool the Summer for Property Management Staff

Myriad Star was the first residential quarter in Hangzhou that implemented closed-off management when the COVID-19 broke out in 2020. It is a warm home that proprietors and property management staff fought together for during the epidemic.

In Myriad Star Phase III, to cool the summer for property management staff is a tradition that its proprietors have been continuing for seven years as recognition and appreciation of Binjing Property’s services.

On the morning of August 7th, several proprietors, on the behalf of all proprietors in Myriad Star Phase III, sent a box of Milk Deluxe and a bag full of daily necessities such as towels, bath lotion, shampoo, and soaps to frontline property management staff. They also prepared a hundred-yuan red packet for each staff member to express all proprietors’ regards to them.




Initiated by the Party branch of Myriad Star Phase III on August 3rd, this activity attracted 74 proprietors and collected totally 12020 yuan within two days for milk and refreshing products for frontline property management staff.

The Party branch secretary of Myriad Star Phase III, as a representative of all proprietors, expressed his appreciation for all endeavor and efforts that frontline property management staff has made for construction and protection of a beautiful and peaceful home. It was these frontline property management staff members who stick to their positions in hot weather, who dredged drains during the typhoon In-Fa, and who again build up the invisible protective wall against the epidemic.

The sweaty faces of frontline property management staff and their clothes soaked with sweat touched many proprietors, and more of them joined the team of this loving activities.

Before what happened in Myriad Star Phase III, Party members in Myriad Star Phase I had distributed “coolness” on July 28th to the frontline property management staff at the south gate of the residential quarter to show their recognition and care for Binjiang Property. Ordinarily, Party members in Myriad Star Phase I are very cooperative with property management staff’s work. Sharing the same vision with property management staff to build a better home, they even established a civilization persuasion team to time stop uncivilized behaviors.
