A Thank-you Letter from Proprietors Committee to Property Management Staff

In early May, the proprietors committee of Hangzhou Sunshine Coast sent a thank-you letter to the service center to show their gratefulness to property management staff for building a protective wall for proprietors under the proper leadership of the subdistrict and community offices. On the occasion of the festival, they distributed zongzi and milk to the hard-working frontline property management staff to express their highest respect.

They saw sentries strictly following the "scanning code, showing code, taking temperature, recording, wearing mask" procedure on a 24h basis to secure the first line of defense for proprietors; they saw the cleaner Cheng Shouqun carrying the 15kg disinfection pack and disinfecting key areas every day without complaint despite the corrosion of hands by the disinfectant.
They heard that the steward Shi walked an average of 30 thousand steps a day to deliver express packages and goods from group buying for proprietors and lost 3 kg in one month; that the security director Guo Junqi gave up his rest to voluntarily work overtime at the newly opened nucleic acid testing point in the residential quarter; and that the customer service director Sun Li worked until 8:00 PM with her steward team.
They felt the property management staff's profound concern for proprietors from many details such as the hand sanitizer beside the elevator buttons, the timely and valid notice about quarantined households, and the warm prompt of taking the elevator half an hour after home nucleic acid testing.
The thank-you letter surprised frontline property management staff. "Our efforts are seen by proprietors. We will continue to work hard and protect our residential quarter to live up to proprietors' trust and let proprietors rest assured," said them.
