On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the property management staff of residential quarters prepared various traditional mid-autumn cultural activities for proprietors, including mooncake DIY, which brought proprietors the joy of handmaking and also allowed them to feel the beautiful imagery of "moon-like cakes" in Su Shi's poem.

On September 23rd, the service center of Hangzhou Lake Villa held the Mid-Autumn Love evening party at the hall, where various performances by talented proprietors such as solos, cheongsam dance “Beauty in the Rainy Alley”, and Latin Dance, presenting the audience a high-quality audiovisual feast. To celebrate the approaching Mid-Autumn Festival, the service center of Hangzhou Zhongshun Building organized an event to promote the traditional mid-autumn culture such as lantern riddle guessing and mooncake making. Each riddle contains the quintessence of Chinese festival culture. Many proprietors who had zero mooncake making experience also tried to DIY snowy mooncakes with their favorite colors and molds, and the final product showed the abundant childlike innocence of grown-ups.

On the morning of September 23rd, there was a bustling atmosphere at the scene of the “Mooncake DIY” event at the service center of Quzhou Chunjiangyue. Parents and children kneaded the dough, filled the stuffing, pressed the dough with molds, and got their delicate and lovely rabbit-patterned snowy mooncakes, busying themselves with joy. On the same day, stewards also visited elderly proprietors in the residential quarter with fruits and mooncakes as Mid-Autum Festival blessings, fulfilling Binjiang Property’s commitment to accompanying the elderly with “Ginkgo Service”.
